Most scheduling requests are responded to within 2–3 business days.

• This service is a live consultation and does not include a written PDF, relocation plan, or research report.
• The consultation is educational and informational in nature and is based on personal experience, local knowledge, research, and publicly available information available at the time of your consultation.
• This service does not include apartment searches, realtor coordination, apartment walkthroughs, institution comparisons, application assistance, document preparation, or ongoing relocation management.
• This consultation does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, or licensed real estate advice.
• Final decisions regarding visas, housing, employment, education, contracts, and relocation remain the responsibility of the client.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because consultation appointments require reserved scheduling time, all sales are final once the consultation has been completed.

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request based on availability.

If I am unable to provide the agreed-upon consultation, you will receive a full refund.
