Executive Concierge Relocation Service
Fully Customized, White-Glove Relocation Support Throughout South Korea
Starting at $1,200 USD
A Relocation Service Built Around Your Life—not a Standard Checklist
Some relocations are too complex for a pre-designed package.
You may be relocating to South Korea with a large family, several children, pets, medical or accessibility needs, an unusual work assignment, multiple school requirements, or a destination outside the greater Seoul area.
You may need support in Jeju, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju, Pohang, Gangwon-do, or another city or province that is not covered by my standard relocation packages.
You may also want more than research and recommendations. You may want someone to help coordinate the moving pieces, communicate with local contacts, visit properties, compare institutions, prepare customized resources, meet you upon arrival, and help your family transition into daily life with less stress.
The Executive Concierge Relocation Service is my most personalized and hands-on relocation offering.
Every project is built from the ground up around your:
- Destination
- Household
- Timeline
- Budget
- Housing needs
- School or childcare needs
- Employment or university location
- Transportation preferences
- Medical or accessibility considerations
- Pet requirements
- Lifestyle priorities
- Arrival needs
- Special circumstances
There is no one-size-fits-all Executive Concierge package.
Your service will be designed specifically for your relocation.
This Is an Inquiry and Starting-Price Listing
This listing is an inquiry and starting-price listing for the Executive Concierge Relocation Service.
Because every Executive Concierge relocation project is unique, an initial consultation is required before a final quote can be provided.
After reviewing your needs, you will receive:
- A customized proposal
- A defined scope of work
- A list of included deliverables
- A proposed project timeline
- A communication plan
- A personalized price
- A private Payhip checkout link created specifically for your relocation
Pricing begins at $1,200 USD and increases based on the complexity, location, travel requirements, duration, research needs, number of people relocating, number of institutions or properties involved, and level of hands-on support requested.
The $1,200 starting price is not a guarantee that every Executive Concierge project will cost $1,200.
Your final price will be based on your approved scope of work.

How the Executive Concierge Process Works
Step 1 — Initial Consultation
Before a final project price is created, we will meet for an initial consultation.

This conversation allows me to determine whether Executive Concierge is the best fit and what level of work your relocation will require.
The initial consultation may be purchased separately through Citrine or incorporated into your customized Executive Concierge process, depending on how you begin.
If you previously completed an eligible Citrine consultation, the consultation fee may be credited according to the current upgrade-credit policy.
