INFLUENCE OF COMMUNICATION PRACTICE ON PROJECT DELIVERY IN ABUJA
This research investigates how effective communication practices influence the successful delivery of projects within Abuja, Nigeria. It examines the role of information flow, feedback mechanisms, and communication tools in improving teamwork, decision-making, and project outcomes. The study highlights how poor communication can lead to delays, cost overruns, and inefficiency, while effective communication enhances collaboration, accountability, and timely delivery. It also provides recommendations for improving communication strategies among project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
