For restaurant and hotel F&B trainers, outlet managers and HR who certify staff by position. The main workbook holds 300 sample questions, 50 each for server, bartender, host, cashier, expeditor and kitchen, across ten topics from guest service steps to teamwork, with true/false, multiple choice and fill-in questions, safety and menu flags and a separate answer key. Quiz Attempts scores each attempt against the pass mark of the position and a safety section that must be 100%. Staff Register shows each employee as Certified, Due soon, Expired, Not quizzed, Retake wait, Retake due or Coaching required, with the expiry date, the retake date and a next step. Item Analysis lists the questions most often missed and flags those that are too hard, too easy or overdue for review, including after a menu change. The companion draws a quiz sheet for a position with a fixed topic mix and a seed number, with the answer key on its own tab.

FAQ
Can I replace the questions?
Yes. The bank has 20 spare rows and every sheet reads the bank, so new questions are included in the next draw.
How is a pass decided?
The score must reach the pass mark of the position and the safety score must reach the safety pass mark on Settings.
How does expiry work?
Expiry is the passing date plus the validity period on Settings. Employees inside the due-soon window are flagged.
Can I draw a new quiz each time?
Yes. Change the seed number in the companion and the same topic mix is filled with different questions.
Do I need macros?
No. Every result is a standard worksheet formula.
