The Challenge
As you progress through history, the pressure mounts. What starts as a 10-second window to deliver ancient justice in Babylon shrinks to a frantic 5-second decision in the modern era. If you hesitate, a riot breaks out. If you rule incorrectly, the city health plummets.
The Four Eras of Justice
- Era 1: Ancient Babylon – Master the Lex Talionis. It’s "eye for an eye" justice, but only if the social classes match. One wrong move and the Ziggurats are up in flames.
- Era 2: Imperial Rome – Categorize the chaos. Sort disputes into Contract, Family, Property, or Criminal law before the Vigiles lose control of the forum.
- Era 3: Medieval Common Law – The power of Precedent. You aren't just following the law; you’re making it. Remember your past rulings, because the town watch won't forgive a flip-flopper.
