It is not of a named vessel, but is a typical wooden vessel of the early 1870s, and the download has being produced for those who wish to move away from kits towards the cheaper and more satisfying alternative of scratch building.
Part I that covered the building of the hull, is a separate download. It is also available for £1.49, and a link to Part I is given in this download.
If printed, it will produce an A4 size document of 38 pages, with 83 illustrations, and 10,174 words of text, including the plans, and constructional techniques.
