Seeing Autism Through A Different Lens

Come along on this incredible journey with this amazing mom raising her son Nicholas who is on the autism spectrum. Nicholas was diagnosed with autism at the age of 18 months. She offers an insight into her world from his autism diagnosis until she had to make the difficult decision to place Nicholas in a residential setting. Even though this was difficult, she realized however, that it was a necessary decision for everyone involved. She details her journey of resilience and hope knowing that God is still in control and it is HE who allows her to be strong in the midst of everything trying to come crashing down around her. She credits her faith in God to accept her journey to find the will to dream again, to find inner peace and to still stand.
