Use a current, supported version of Microsoft Excel that opens .xlsx files. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, LibreOffice and older Excel versions are not advertised as supported because they may alter formulas, validation, conditional formatting or layouts.

No workbook can guarantee eligibility, compliance, shortlist, contract award, revenue, savings, margin or profit. Confirm the official notice, tender documents, addenda, eligibility, dates, pricing, tax, signatures and submission instructions before acting. The official buyer documents control.

Queensland uses AEST (UTC+10) throughout the year, but the timezone stated by the buyer controls.

LICENCE

Purchase includes a non-exclusive licence for the internal tender activities of one purchasing business - being one legal entity or one individual sole trader. Its employees and individual contractors may use working copies solely for that business's bids. The workbook may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to a public template library or reused for another business.

This statement will be updated before the first sale after any change in GST registration.
