Personalised Hypnotherapy Recording for Children & Teens
A personalised hypnotherapy recording created specifically for your child or teenager, based on their individual needs and what they would like help with.
This is more than a general hypnotherapy recording. It begins with an online consultation, giving us time to talk about what they would like help with, what is happening for them now, and how they would like things to be different.
I will use what we discuss during the consultation to create a personalised recording specifically around them and their individual needs.
How it works
After purchasing, I will contact you by email to arrange the online consultation.
During the consultation, we will talk through what your child or teenager would like help with, as well as the things that are important to them. This might include favourite places, animals, hobbies, interests, colours, things they enjoy or imagery they find relaxing. These personal details can be incorporated into their recording to help make it feel familiar and relevant to them.
I will then create their personalised hypnotherapy recording. The recording will usually be ready within two weeks of the consultation. Once you have received the recording, you will have one week to listen to it and let me know if there are any changes you would like me to make.
A personalised recording can be created for a wide range of goals, including confidence, anxiety, stress, relaxation, sleep, fears, school worries and other personal challenges.
