Three packs. Three tunings. 155 MIDI files.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Drop C Foundry: modern metal loops in Drop C, 24 loops in 6 families, 100 MIDI files
• Melodic Metalcore in Drop Bb: 4 arrangements of 48 bars, 24 MIDI files
• After the Fire: 6 atmospheric post-hardcore arrangements rooted in D, 31 MIDI files
• Each pack keeps its own folder, quick-start guide (English and French), drum map, file index, checksums and licence

MIDI ONLY, NO AUDIO

These files contain notes, not sound. Load your own guitar, bass and drum instruments.

FULL OR SPLIT PARTS, NOT BOTH

Every arrangement comes as a FULL file plus split part files. Load one or the other, never both, or every note plays twice.

RANGE AND TIME NOTES (they travel with each pack)

• Drop C Foundry: two lead notes are MIDI 87 (D#6/Eb6), one semitone above a standard 24-fret Drop C guitar, in Ember Hymn and Cold Cathedral. Kept on purpose.
• Melodic Metalcore in Drop Bb: your guitar instrument must reach MIDI 34 (Bb1) and your bass instrument MIDI 22 (Bb0).
• After the Fire: Low Sun Over Ash is in 6/8.

FORMAT

Standard MIDI files, format 1 (Drop C Foundry 480 PPQ; the other two 960 PPQ). GM drums on channel 10; guitar, bass, lead and harmony on their own channels. Not tested with specific DAWs or operating systems.

LICENCE

Use the MIDI files in your own music, commercial or not, with no further fees or credit, and edit them freely inside your works. You may not resell, share or redistribute the MIDI files themselves. Full terms: LICENSE.txt in the download.
