Converts MathML objects to process-color vector

MathML Converter 1.0 – This script converts each native InDesign MathML object into live vector paths. The transfer runs through Illustrator to obtain a CMYK conversion, and any rich black produced by the RGB conversion is reduced to 100 K only, while white and any non-black colour are left untouched (but converted to CMYK).

The result is placed back at the exact original position including anchored position, on the same layer, and every original is preserved on a backup layer.
