WORKPLACE POLITICS AND EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY IN THE FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC ILARO, OGUN STATE
Workplace governance problems play a major role in the activity and success of most organizations. The main aim of the study is to assess the effect of perceived workplace politics on productivity of employees at Federal Polytechnic IIaro, Ogun State. This study intends to identify the causes of workplace politics; to determine the preventive measures put in place by the management to prevent workplace politics; to examine the effects of workplace politics on employees’ productivity.
