PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN IGBO-EZE LGA OF ENUGU STATE(STUDY OF IBAGWA AKA COMMUNITY)

This research investigates the challenges hindering community development in Ibagwa Aka, a rural community in Igbo-Eze Local Government Area of Enugu State. It explores issues such as inadequate infrastructure, poor leadership, limited funding, and low community participation in development projects. The study also highlights practical solutions and strategies for improving grassroots development, promoting self-help initiatives, and encouraging government–community collaboration for sustainable progress. This study aims to examine: Causes of underdevelopment in rural communities; the role of government and local organizations in development; community participation and empowerment strategies; practical solutions for sustainable rural growth.
