The Bali starling (Leucopsar rothschildi) is a species of bird in the starling family (Sturnidae) endemic to the island of Bali. Known locally as the Bali jalak, it is a medium-sized bird (up to 25 cm long), almost entirely white with a long, drooping crest and black tips on the wings and tail. The bird has blue bare skin around the eyes, greyish legs and a yellow bill. The sexes are similar. Its conservation status is considered critically endangered and it is estimated that there are currently fewer than 100 adults in the wild.
