This menu planner is meant for the month of November - this is a perfect time to load up on all kinds of fruits and veggies, persimmons, tangerines, pomegranates, pumpkins, mushrooms and all  kinds of greens ;) We will make all kinds of delicious recipes from these seasonal fruits, like green smoothies, juices, fruit salads and fruit sandwiches.

We will also enjoy filling veggie salads, nut and seed yogurts, creamy avocado dressings, sauerkraut, marinated pumpkins and mushrooms, stuffed veggies and even raw sushi.

And if you are a beginner, you don't have to worry about getting hungry, since I will give you an optional raw bred and candy recipes. You can also enjoy as many raw nut or seed yogurts or cheeses as you like!

Warning! This is not a fully illustrated meal plan. The recipes for each week are organized in a simple grid that fits on one printable page. This way you can use this one printed sheet for shopping and for making your meals in the kitchen.

It's a very flexible raw vegan menu planner with two versions of lunches, so every single day you can actually choose, which one you like, fruit based lunch or salad. And if you feel really hungry, you can even have both, first fruity lunch and then filling salad.

And as always, there is green fruit smoothie for breakfast and filling salad for dinner.

All the recipes are different, so there are over 100 recipes in each menu and you can totally use it as a recipe book ;)
