The Soulwork Journal: 33-Day Guided Printable to Understand Your Patterns, Heal What's Hidden and Live From Your Truth
You've filled journals before. Pages of feelings, a lighter evening, and then the same pattern back a few days later.
The Soulwork Journal gives those feelings somewhere to go. Thirty-three guided prompts, one a day, move you through five weeks of structured inner work: from noticing where your life has drifted out of alignment, through the parts of yourself you've learned to hide, to a clearer sense of purpose and the small, steady actions that follow from it.
Each week opens with a short teaching so you always know why you're being asked what you're being asked, and every prompt has a full page of its own.
The Five Weeks
Each week builds on the one before, so the work accumulates:
🌿 Week One: Awakening & Awareness - slow down and notice what's already stirring beneath the surface
🌑 Week Two: Shadow & Inner Healing - meet the parts of yourself you've hidden or judged, and write to them honestly
🔮 Week Three: Soul Purpose & Intuition - trace what you've always been drawn to, and where you're still waiting for permission
🔥 Week Four: Manifestation & Aligned Action - close the gap between what you're calling in and how you actually spend your days
🌀 Week Five: Gratitude, Integration & Embodiment - name what has shifted, what you'll take with you, and what you're ready to release
What a day looks like
Open the journal, read the prompt and its follow-up question, and write. Most prompts take ten to twenty minutes. Some days you'll fill the page in one sitting; on others a single question will stay with you for days. There is no deadline and no fixed pace. You don't need a particular belief system, a spiritual practice or any self-development background to begin. Curiosity and honesty are enough.
By the end of the 33 days:
You will have written your way through the patterns that keep repeating, met the parts of yourself you'd been avoiding, put words to what you're actually drawn to, and set down concrete actions that fit the person you're becoming.
The journal itself becomes a record of that movement, something to return to whenever you drift.
This journal is for you if:
- You've done surface-level reflection and want something with real depth and progression
- You feel a persistent sense of misalignment and want a structured path through it
- You'd like to explore shadow work, soul purpose and manifestation as one connected journey
- You're willing to be honest with yourself on the page
A note from me (Kathryn)
I made this journal because every journal I bought was a collection of prompts with no thread running through them. 30+ years of teaching children and adults showed me that real change needs sequence. I couldn't find any journals that did that well, so I built one, worked through it myself, and it changed things on multiple levels for me. This is that journal.
