Developing Suppleness and Impulsion
DEVELOPING SUPPLENESS AND IMPULSION
This audio lesson will help you to develop your horse's suppleness and impulsion by working on a number of key areas: developing the counter-canter on a shallow loop, introducing lateral work (turn on the forehand and leg-yielding) and then starting to develop medium trot strides. It's aimed at Novice/Elementary level.
Your trainer for this lesson is Kim Ratcliffe, a British Dressage trainer and List 1 Dressage Judge.
This session is 15 minutes and 13 seconds in length, and is designed to be listened to whilst you are riding your horse. You should ensure that you and your horse are warmed up before starting this lesson. Lessons are optimised for use in a 20m x 40m arena. A pdf lesson diagram is also included.
