REGIME CHANGE: Governments Around the World

Regime Change is a fast paced political systems game where students must adapt to shifting forms of government while keeping a nation stable. Players control a platform at the bottom of the screen and catch political symbols that match the current regime. The government changes every fifteen seconds through dramatic revolutions, forcing students to quickly switch their thinking between democracy, monarchy, and dictatorship.

Each system has its own symbols and values. Democracies reward voting, free speech, and courts. Monarchies depend on crowns, castles, heirs, and royal wealth. Dictatorships rely on military power, censorship, prisons, and surveillance. Catching the correct symbols builds political score and keeps national stability high. Grabbing the wrong symbols drains stability and can trigger a collapse.
