Employee Safety Toolbox Talk Kit (30 Talks): Safety Briefing Talks, Attendance Log and Quiz Marking Workbook for Hotels and Restaurants
Full description
For safety officers, department heads and supervisors who run short safety briefings and need a record that stands up to review. The Word kit holds 30 five-minute talks: lifting, falls, burns, cuts, chemicals, fire, electrical safety, first aid awareness, reporting and personal safety. Each talk has a key message, points, a demonstration and five multiple-choice questions. The workbook plans the year, logs each session and each attendee, marks the five answers against the key, and shows attendance against target, the quiz pass rate, open actions and a list of staff who are overdue or have never attended.

FAQ
How is the quiz marked?
Enter the five answers (A, B or C) for each person. The workbook compares them with the key on Talk Library and shows the score and a pass or fail against the pass mark on Settings.
Can I change a talk or a question?
Yes. Edit the Word kit and update the answer key on Talk Library so that the two still match.
How does it find staff who are overdue?
The staff register shows the last talk each person attended. Anyone beyond the overdue limit on Settings is Overdue, and anyone with no talk on file shows Never attended.
Is this first aid training?
No. First aid items are awareness only. Teach first aid through a qualified provider.
Do I need macros?
No. Every result is a standard worksheet formula.
