Bring the fun (and the burn) with this fast-paced, full-body fitness dice game. You'll complete 5 x 5-minute rounds, using dice to decide how many reps of each exercise you’ll smash through. It’s unpredictable, addictive, and guaranteed to get your heart pumping.


🎲 How it works:

  • Roll 2 dice
  • Add the numbers rolled = your reps for each exercise
  • Complete the set, then roll again
  • Keep going until the 5-minute round is up
  • Rest as needed between rounds and get ready to go again!


Choose your version:


  • 🏋️ Equipment Option: Dumbbells, sandbag, tyre, dead ball.


  • 🤸 No Equipment Option: Use high-intensity bodyweight exercises for a no-fuss, high-burn session
