It’s time to shuffle, sweat, and push your limits with this fast-paced full body deck of cards fitness game. Your mission: work your way through a full 52-card deck (or as many cards as you can) in 20–30 minutes. No pauses, just hustle.
🃏 How it works:
- Suit = Exercise
- Number cards (2–10) = number of reps
- Picture cards (J/Q/K) = 10 reps
- Ace = 11 reps
- Jokers = 10 burpees (you’ve been warned!)
Keep the pace steady, rest when needed, and stretch it out once the deck is done.
Choose your setup:
- 🏋️ Equipment Option: Battle rope and dumbbells.
- 🤸 No Equipment Option: Stick to bodyweight moves for an anywhere, anytime sweat session
