Ready to play hard and push harder? This fast-paced deck of cards fitness workout is all about consistency, intensity, and a little friendly competition with yourself. You’ll complete 5 x 5-minute rounds, drawing one card at a time and performing the exercise combo linked to each card.
🃏 Each card = a different challenge
⏱ 5 minutes per round – complete as many cards as you can
After each round, record how many cards you completed. Then try to match or beat your score in the next round. It’s all about progress, pacing, and pushing your limits.
Choose your version:
