Introduction
This is a legally binding agreement between you and McMouse Management Pty Ltd.
The Services provide access to digital products, including downloadable e-posters and related creative works (“Digital Products”).
The Services are hosted on Shopify Inc.’s e-commerce platform (“Shopify”), which enables us to sell Digital Products to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective from the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Responsibilities
By using the Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- You are at least 16 years old and have parental or guardian consent.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Accounts
To access certain features, you may create an account (“Account”).
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately at support@byanessambeve.com if you suspect unauthorised use
We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
Orders and Digital Products
0.1 Nature of Products
All products sold through the Services are digital e-posters and downloadable files only.
We do not sell or ship physical products.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased Digital Product.
0.2 Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
You agree that:
- Payment information provided is accurate and authorised
- You have the legal right to use the selected payment method
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Correct pricing errors
- Modify product availability
If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a refund.
0.3 Digital Delivery
Digital Products are delivered electronically via download link or account access.
It is your responsibility to:
- Ensure you provide a correct email address
- Download and save your files promptly
- Ensure compatibility with your devices
We are not responsible for technical issues on your device.
Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a Digital Product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a Digital Product:
- Is faulty
- Is not as described
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Fails to perform as reasonably expected

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes:
- Must be used lawfully
- Cannot be resold or transferred
- Cannot be applied to previous purchases
- May be modified or withdrawn at any time
Promotional codes have no cash value.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including:
- Artwork
- Designs
- Text
- Digital posters
- Logos
- Branding
- Graphics
(“Our Content”) is owned or licensed by McMouse Management Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Download
- Print for personal use
You may NOT:
- Resell
- Redistribute
- Share publicly
- Use for commercial purposes
- Modify for resale
- Claim authorship
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy or reproduce our Digital Products for resale
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the website
- Use automated scraping tools
- Upload malicious code
- Use the Services unlawfully
Third-Party Services
The Services are hosted via Shopify and may integrate third-party payment providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party platform outages
- Payment processor errors
- External website content
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Services and Digital Products are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous website availability
- Error-free performance
- Compatibility with all systems
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to:
- Replacement of the Digital Product, or
- Refund of the purchase price
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
You agree that any disputes will be subject to the courts of the State or Territory in which McMouse Management Pty Ltd is registered.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
The Services are operated from Australia. If you access the Services from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
