Jason Hadden MBE is a family law barrister with almost 30 years’ experience, specialising in cases involving children, domestic abuse and complex family disputes.

Alongside his courtroom practice, Jason has spent much of his career championing victims of domestic abuse, providing pro bono assistance and working with charities, lawyers and frontline domestic abuse professionals.

He is also the creator of FamilyBarrister, where he uses social media to make family law more understandable and accessible. His content now attracts millions of views each month, covering relationships, separation, domestic abuse, children and the realities of the Family Court.

Jason was awarded an MBE for services to pro bono law.
