Before becoming part of people's everyday lives, Palm Tote was first a personal conviction: that the world has enough bags made quickly, cheaply, and without care — and that there was room for something different. Something made slowly, from what the earth provides, by hands that know exactly what they are doing.

We started Palm Tote because we believe that the things you carry every day should be worth carrying. Not for a season, not until something newer comes along — but for years. That belief is woven into every bag we make, quite literally.

What we believe

We are convinced that beauty is made of intention. There is no need for excess, for novelty, or for the appearance of luxury. When something is made properly — from honest materials, by skilled hands, with real patience — it has a quiet power that manufactured things simply cannot replicate.

This is why we handweave every Palm Tote bag in Morocco using natural palm leaf, palm straw and raffia — materials that have been shaped by Moroccan hands for generations. And this is why we take the time we take. Some of our bags take up to a week to complete. That is not inefficiency. That is craft.

What we make

Every bag in our collection begins with the same foundation: natural materials, traditional Moroccan weaving techniques, and a refusal to cut corners. From the structure of the weave to the weight of the handles, every detail is considered.
