Returns & Refunds
We want every Palm Tote order to arrive exactly as expected. If something is not right, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
Damaged or faulty items If your bag arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@palmtote.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and photographs where possible, so we can resolve things for you as quickly as we can.
Change of mind returns We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered. Please email us at hello@palmtote.com before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-order and final sale items Because our bags are handwoven by hand in small quantities, certain made-to-order or final sale pieces cannot be returned. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the individual product page at the time of purchase.
