Keeping things compliant
As per GPSR regulations, our contact details are included with every parcel exported to the EU and Northern Ireland.
An invoice and packing slip detailing the products purchased will be included with each order. A product recall system is in place. We have performed a risk assessment on all our products and will continue to do so for any new product types added to our collection.
Safety information
For all EU and Northern Ireland orders, an invoice will be provided with safety information relating to the products ordered, translated from English into the language of the country the product is being shipped to.

Natural fibre and allergen warning Our bags are made from natural plant fibres including palm leaf, palm straw and raffia. Some individuals may be sensitive to natural plant-based materials. If you have a known allergy to natural fibres, please handle with care. Full material composition is clearly listed on each individual product page.
Leather and vegan leather warning Some Palm Tote products are finished with calf leather handles and straps. Others are finished with vegan leather. The material used is clearly specified on each product page. If you have a known sensitivity to leather or leather alternatives, please check the product details before purchase.
Metal components warning Some products feature metal hardware including gold-plated clasps, magnetic closures and metal fastenings. These components may pose a risk to individuals with metal sensitivities or allergies. Keep small metal components away from young children and vulnerable adults.
Choking hazard warning Some Palm Tote products feature small decorative components including metal clasps, fastenings and embellishments. Ensure all small parts are kept away from children, vulnerable adults and animals. Small parts could result in choking.
Magnetic closure warning Several Palm Tote products feature magnetic closures. Keep products with magnetic components away from pacemakers, hearing aids and other medical devices that may be affected by magnetic fields.
Strap and handle warning Long shoulder straps and cross-body straps can pose a risk of strangulation. Always keep products with straps out of reach of young children and vulnerable adults. Never allow children to play with or wear bags unsupervised.
Flammability warning Our bags are made from natural plant fibres including palm leaf, palm straw and raffia, which are combustible materials. Keep all Palm Tote products away from open flames, heat sources and direct sources of ignition.
Sun and moisture warning Our bags are made from natural materials and are not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture may cause color fading, fibre damage or structural distortion. Please refer to our Product Care page for full guidance.
Intended use Palm Tote bags are designed and intended for use as personal carry accessories only. We do not recommend use for any purpose other than their intended function as bags and totes.
