Pravn offers only digital products such as ebooks, templates, journals, planners, and other downloadable resources. Due to the instant and automated nature of digital product delivery, all orders placed on Pravn are considered final and cannot be cancelled once the payment has been successfully completed.

Once a customer completes a purchase and the digital product is delivered or made accessible through a download link or email, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances. Since the product is instantly accessible after purchase, it cannot be withdrawn, returned, or cancelled.

Any cancellation requests made due to accidental purchase, change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal reasons will not be entertained. Customers are strongly advised to review all product details, descriptions, and requirements carefully before making a payment.

In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, customers are advised to contact the payment gateway first. If the issue is verified and the order is not processed, the resolution will depend on the policies of the respective payment provider.
