Return & Refund Policy

At Pravn, we sell only digital products including ebooks, templates, journals, planners, and similar downloadable resources. Since all our products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Once a digital product is purchased and successfully delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases of change of mind, incorrect purchase, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction after download. Customers are advised to carefully read the product description, features, and requirements before completing their purchase.

Refund requests will not be accepted for issues related to compatibility, device limitations, or software requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device and software support the file format of the purchased product before placing an order. Pravn does not guarantee compatibility with all devices, applications, or operating systems.

In rare cases where duplicate payments occur due to a technical error from the payment gateway, customers must contact us with valid proof of the transaction within 48 hours of purchase. After verification, only the excess amount, if applicable, may be refunded at the sole discretion of Pravn. Processing time for such refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.

If a customer does not receive their digital product due to a technical issue from our side, they must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proper order details. After verification, we will re-send the product or provide access again. Such cases are treated as delivery issues and not as refund cases.

Pravn strictly does not entertain refund requests made due to failure to understand the product after purchase, inability to use the product, or personal dissatisfaction with the content or layout. All products are provided on an “as is” basis without any performance guarantee.
