Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pravn sells only digital products such as ebooks, templates, journals, planners, and other downloadable digital resources. Since all products are delivered electronically, no physical shipping is involved at any stage of the order process.

Once a customer successfully completes the payment, the purchased digital product is delivered either instantly through a direct download link on the website or sent to the registered email address provided at the time of checkout. In most cases, delivery is completed within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and correct email address at the time of purchase. Pravn shall not be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam or junk folder filtering, internet issues, or any technical problems on the customer’s side.

In rare cases, if a customer does not receive their digital product due to a system-related issue from our side, the customer must contact us with valid order details and proof of payment. After verification, we will re-send the digital product or restore access. Such cases are treated strictly as delivery support and not as refund requests.

Since all products are digital in nature, there are no shipping charges, no courier services, and no tracking numbers applicable to any order placed on Pravn. Delivery is considered complete once the digital product is successfully sent or made available for download.
