With over 20 years of experience in the wellness space, I specialize in mindful movement through Pilates, yoga, barre, and functional strength, while also offering holistic nutrition education and healthy homemade meals to support your overall well-being.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and multiple certifications in movement disciplines. My approach blends science and soul—integrating alignment, breath, and mobility with nourishment and self-awareness. Whether you're working to build strength, improve flexibility, recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, or simply feel more at home in your body, my sessions are tailored to meet you where you are.
My teaching style is supportive, detailed, and empowering. I focus on proper form, mindful progression, and creating a safe space for people of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is for every client to leave feeling energized, aligned, and deeply connected—to their bodies and their purpose.
In addition to movement, I prepare wholesome, nutritious meals for clients who need practical, delicious support in nourishing their bodies. I also offer one-on-one education sessions to help demystify healthy eating and foster a sustainable, joy-filled relationship with food.
