Refunds and terms

Digital products cannot be returned, so the refund policy is about getting you what you paid for.

If a file is damaged, will not open, or the product is materially different from its description, send your order number through the Contact page within 30 days of purchase. The file will be fixed or the product replaced within two working days, and if that cannot be done, you are refunded in full.

If you bought the wrong product, for example a Toolkit when you meant the Program in the same series, say so within 14 days and what you paid is credited against the right one.

Refunds are not given because a product was downloaded and is no longer wanted, because the buyer's needs changed after purchase, or for free products.

Buyers in the EU and UK. By completing a purchase you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to withdraw once the download has started. This does not affect your rights where content is faulty or not as described.

Licence. Each purchase grants the licence described on the Licensing page. The standard licence covers one organization.

No legal advice or certification. The materials are provided for general information and internal program building. They are not legal advice and do not certify compliance with any law, regulation or framework. Contract language must be reviewed by qualified counsel before use. Adapt every document to your organization, your risk tolerance and your obligations.

No warranty of outcome. The files are warranted to open and the products to match their descriptions. No particular audit, assessment, insurance or security outcome is warranted; that depends on how the program is implemented and operated.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Updates. Products may be revised. Buyers of a product receive revised versions of that product at no charge through Payhip.

Intellectual property. The templates, text, workbooks, scoring models and designs remain the property of Cyber Auctoritas. The licence gives you the right to use them; it does not transfer ownership.

Payhip. Payhip's own terms and privacy notice also govern the transaction. These terms cover the seller only.
