About Myriam your coach

I'm Myriam Jacqueline — a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN New York, 2015), a certified Yoga and Barre instructor (Hawaii & CA 2015 & 2018) with more than a decade of teaching experience, the founder of 4 different Yoga Barre Pilates studios, host of worldwide Yoga retreats and a graduate of Harvard Medical School's Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program. But more than any of those titles, I am someone who has spent over fifteen years quietly obsessed with one question: what does it really take for the body to thrive?

My quest for health started at the age of 15 when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis and no answers given and the worst possible symptoms - especially as a teenage girl.

My work began on the mat. Yoga, Barre & Strength Training taught me how movement, breath, and attention shape the body in ways no diet ever could. I built four studios because I wanted to create rooms where people felt safer in their bodies walking out than when they walked in. Nervous system calm and restored and not stressed and wired.

But over the years, I started to notice that the women and men coming to my classes were not only seeking movement and mental health. They were tired. Bloated. Inflamed. Hormonally unbalanced. Struggling with sleep, weight that would not move, cravings they could not name, energy that crashed every afternoon. They had tried every diet, every workout, every cleanse — and none of it had lasted.

So I trained. I studied and researched. I deepened my work in lymphatic health and lipedema, hormone balance, blood sugar science, and the systems that quietly run the human body — the liver, the lymph, the gut, the nervous system, sleep. I completed Harvard Medical School's Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program. And I learned to weave it all into a practice that is gentle, grounded, and built on one core belief.

The body responds to safety, not pressure.

Restriction does not heal. Punishment does not transform. The cleanest, fastest, most lasting results I have ever seen with clients come from working with the body — feeding it real food, moving it daily without exhausting it, letting it sleep deeply, giving it sunlight and breath, and speaking to it kindly. Not from forcing it into shape.

My health guides are the distillation of more than a decade of this work. They are everything I would walk you through over months of one-on-one coaching — the meal plans, the recipes, the movement protocols, the breathwork, the sleep rituals, the supplement guidance, the mindset shifts, the hands-on therapies. Each guide is built for a specific moment and a specific intention. A metabolic reset for the woman whose body has stopped responding. A lymphatic healing protocol for anyone living with lipedema, water retention, or chronic inflammation. A ten-day blood sugar detox for the person who is tired of feeling tired and ready to commit to ten focused days.
