Hey, I’m Sam — an online hybrid coach and lifelong training enthusiast. I specialise in helping people get stronger, fitter, and more consistent by combining strength training, running, and functional conditioning into one balanced approach.


After learning the hard way through cramping mid-race and burning out from poor planning, I built my own systems that prioritise performance, enjoyment, and sustainability — and now I share them through structured programs and 1:1 coaching.
