I’m Adri Henry— a content creator and writer who speaks about the parts of life most people try to silence.

I write about trauma, healing, faith struggles, identity, growth, disappointment, doubt, and the quiet battles we fight behind closed doors. I create space for conversations people are often afraid to start — the messy, uncomfortable, deeply human ones.

My work isn’t just about surviving hard seasons; it’s about understanding them. I explore what it means to wrestle with God and still choose to believe. I write devotionals for the weary, poetry for the broken, and reflections for anyone trying to find light in dark places.
