For 1:1 coaching services, Nadine Robinson will determine if she will be able to support you on your journey and/or if you may require support from a licensed medical professional. If Nadine believes that she is unable to provide you with the care or service that you require, she reserves the right to decline (further) collaboration.

A brief video/phone call is required to establish the needs and the intention of the applicant.

By partaking in/purchasing any services, you are taking full ownership and responsibility for how you interpret and/or act upon any content or communication provided.

Please refrain from using my services and/or contacting me if you:

1. Your personal beliefs are harmful (psychologically, physically and/or emotionally) to the safety/wellbeing of other Black + Brown women/people.
2. You are unwilling to be open, honest and committed to playing an active role in doing the work. For my services to be meaningful and of any benefit to you, you are required to come with an open mind and heart to each session.

Yes, I currently provide payment plans for commercial services over the amount of £300.00. Payment Plans are reflected when purchasing service prior to checkout.

Professional/Corporate Contracts: All services require a 50% deposit before services can commence (deposits are non-refundable). You will be provided with a payment schedule which will be forwarded to you via email, so please make sure you have provided the correct email address - ‘pay dates’ will be highlighted in this email.

This applies to commercial and business services.

All payments must be paid by the dates listed in the agreed schedule when booking service, failure to adhere to the payment schedule will result in services being postponed until payment is received or terminated.

Please note that payments are processed and automatically deducted via Stripe. In the event of the payment failing, you will not be able to access any of the information or content sold through our Site or any other of our courses, products or services.

All digital products and specific services (which are highlighted in the product description) are non-refundable.

NPNarratives use their discretion to reimburse any monetary transactions with credit which can be used in-store/on alternative NPN services/events.

To request a refund please email nadine@npnarratives.com. Refunds are considered the result of extenuating circumstances. In all circumstances, a monetary offering will be issued. If it has been agreed upon, a refund will be issued within 14 working days, as it must be processed through our service provider.

Simply purchase your service and you will be instructed on how to book your appointment. If you have any difficulties, do no hesitate to contact me via email.

You will be required to book a 45 min consultation to discuss your objective and desired outcomes. If we agree upon partnering, the process of confirming logistics, and format will take place.

After the consultation, you will be forwarded your proposal, which will include the deliverables, costings and payment schedule.

If work is agreed upon your fee will be deducted from the overall costings.
