Juniper is a seamlessly knitted top down tee, with a pretty lace and cabled yoke. It is designed to be worn with around 4’’ of positive ease, for a loose and oversized fit, perfect over dresses or high waisted jeans.

It is deigned to be slightly cropped, with tee shirt length sleeves, but can of course be adapted to the length that best suits you.

The sample shown in the photographs is worn with around 8’’ of positive ease for an off the shoulder fit. With less ease, the neckline sits comfortably on the shoulders.

Written for a finished bust of 32-65’’, the Juniper tee will fit real busts from approx 28-62’’ and is #sizeinclusive If you wish to make your tee smaller than the smallest size, you can go down a needle size. If you wish to make it larger, you can go up after the initial cast on.

To choose the correct size, pick the one approx 3-4’’ LARGER than your actual bust measurement. If you would prefer a closer fit, pick the size closest to your actual bust.

Gauge:
26 sts and 34 rows per 4'' sqaure in stocking stitch, when blocked.

Needles required:
3.75mm circular needles. The cable should a few inches smaller than your bust to fit all the stitches without stretching. You may need to go up, or down needle size to get gauge.

Sample yarn used:
Fyberspates Vivacious 4ply.

Alternative yarns:
Choose a yarn that feels soft against your skin. ideally it should have some drape to it, however you should avoid slippy fibres like silk, otherwise your garment wont have enough grip around the neckband. Ensure you get similar gauge with your chosen yarn, and that have enough materage before beginning your project.

Yarns used by my testers included:

Sirdar Snuggly 4ply
Adrafil Genziana
Patons Diploma Gold
West Yorkshire Spinners Signature 4ply
