Knitted in the round, with yoke style increases and a semi circular shape throughout giving it a slightly puffed yoke, this sweater has a twisted rib neckline and hem and 4’’ of positive ease. This cropped sweater is designed to wear over dresses, or with high waisted trousers and skirts. It is super easy to adapt to your desired length. Knit it with short sleeves for a cropped tee, or customize it into a full length sweater.

Sample shown is knitted with 8’’ of positive ease on a 40’’ bust and is made using two strands of 4ply yarn held double. Should you wish to hold your yarn double, you will need the same meterage of EACH 4ply yarn for your sweater.

Sample yarns used: Black Elephant merino singles (OOAK) and Townhouse Yarns Fade St 4ply (Bonfire)

Alternative yarns:
Choose a yarn that feels comfortable against your skin. The fabric should be comfortable and drapey throughout the body of the sweater, however, you will need a firmer fabric for the neckband to prevent stretching. Ensure you get gauge with your chosen yarn and you have the correct meterage to finish your project.
