Regular communication outside of scheduled sessions offers further client accountability to ensure behavioral compliance and consistency is practiced; all while providing additional motivation, support and guidance.
All coaching sessions are tailored to each client and delivered by phone, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom. So no matter where you are in the world, Wellness Coaching is available to you.
