I’m Dr. Sam! Hybrid athlete, OT, and strength coach for women who want more than a boring program that leaves them feeling like crap.


I’ve trained through pain.

I’ve been bloated, moody, and struggled with nutrition.

And I’ve rebuilt strength without sacrificing the activities I love.


That’s why I created coaching where rehab meets resilience and strong women train for the long haul.
