About Me

I’m a mother, a woman, and someone who is still learning and growing every day.

AMATE was born from my own journey of realizing that perfect doesn’t exist—and it was never supposed to. There is beauty in our imperfections. 🤍

I’ve worked hard and poured so much love into creating a space where we can slow down, feel, listen to our bodies, and reconnect with ourselves without judgment.

I don’t have everything figured out. None of us do. And that’s the beauty of this journey.

This is only the beginning. I have so much more I want to create, share, and experience with you.

AMATE — come as you are. You are already enough.

Created with love,

Catalina Yutronic, RN, BSN 🤍

Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself
