With **32 years of coaching experience at the college level**—including roles as offensive and defensive coordinator, assistant head coach, and head coach across D1, NAIA, Junior College, high school, and even international programs in Europe (where I led teams to championships in Italy and Austria)—I've dedicated my career to developing talent and building winning programs. My impressive 112-27 record as a head coach speaks to my ability to create championship cultures and identify what it truly takes to succeed at the next level.
Before coaching, I spent **16 years as a player**, starring at Youngstown State University and earning free-agent opportunities with the NFL's Seattle Seahawks (1986) and Miami Dolphins (1987-88).
