Physical products
We want you to be delighted with your order.
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or you’re otherwise unhappy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at products@cultivatedmanagement.com.
We will either:
Replace the item, or
Issue a full refund — whichever works best for you.
Unless the product was damaged during shipping, buyers are responsible for returning items in their original condition and at their own expense.
UK customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, unless the item is bespoke or personalised.
Digital products
For digital products (including courses, downloads, and publications), you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing products@cultivatedmanagement.com.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Once digital files are downloaded, refunds remain available within the 30-day period.
We trust buyers to act in good faith and to contact us if something isn’t right.
