Books, field guides and Sessions

A small library of ideas, books and practical guides for people who make things, teach things, lead people, communicate, or are simply trying to do good work.

Some are books to read. Some are things to work through. Some are companions for a particular bit of work.

There are also ways to work with Rob on a personal 1:1 basis.

About Cultivated

Cultivated is an independent publisher and studio exploring how good ideas become the value they should - and whether the work of getting there is any good to be part of.

It is run by Rob Lambert, a writer, speaker, teacher and experienced technology and HR executive.

Rob studied Media Science, started out in journalism and film-making, and spent more than twenty years working inside organisations — including as VP of Engineering and VP of HR — helping companies grow, communicate and turn ideas into something useful.

These days, he turns what he's learned into books, essays, films, workshops, talks and other interesting things.

He is also the co-host of the Stationery Freaks Podcast.
