Your purchase grants one organization a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and modify these materials for its own internal security program, including sharing completed questionnaires and contract exhibits with its own vendors. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the templates themselves, in original or modified form, as a product. In plain terms: use it, copy it, change it, put your logo on it and make it your program. Share the completed documents with the people they are meant for, including your vendors, auditors and insurers. Do not sell the templates or give them away as templates.

"One organization" means one legal entity and its wholly owned subsidiaries operating under a single security program. A parent company running separate programs for independent business units needs a licence for each program.

If you deliver security work to clients, the practitioner licence lets you use a series' materials across your client organizations: to build each client's program, to leave the adapted documents with the client, and to run the workbooks on their behalf.

What it allows: use in any number of client engagements for the licence term, delivery of adapted documents to each client for that client's internal use, and white-labelling (you may remove Cyber Auctoritas branding from documents you deliver to clients).

What it does not allow: reselling or publishing the templates as a product, bundling them into a template library, course or marketplace listing, or sublicensing to other consultants.
