Hey, I’m F.P.


Music’s been my anchor through pain, burnout, anxiety, and everything in between.

I’ve spent 20+ years learning how to keep playing even when my body said no, my brain said “what’s the point?”, and my hands were ready to give up.


I’m here to help people reconnect with music, even if their body’s been through the wringer.


With a background in osteopathy, psychology, and personal training, I specialise in helping adults, especially over 40s, play with less pain, more ease, and renewed confidence.


Gentle Octaves is where I share everything I’ve learned about healing, technique, body mechanics, and self-belief for grown-up musicians who want to keep playing without the pain.


My guides are practical, evidence-based, and no nonsense.
