I’m Gracie Foy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), mental health educator, and founder of Resilient Minds Academy. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals, families, and communities break cycles of stress, trauma, and burnout.


Growing up in Philadelphia’s urban communities, I developed a deep understanding of resilience, mental health, and emotional wellness.
