ISO 27001 Essentials

ISO/IEC 27001 is the security certification customers ask for. It fails most often not on technical controls but on the management system: scope, risk assessment, the Statement of Applicability, internal audit and management review.

This package gives you an honest, item-by-item baseline against ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Every requirement or control is already in the workbook. Score each on a 0 to 5 maturity scale, set a target, and the workbook calculates the gap, places each gap in a wave (Do first, Do next, Do later) and flags what is not assessed, gaps with no owner and any level 3 or higher claim with no evidence behind it.

The summary tab rolls everything up by clause or theme with a current-versus-target chart you can put straight into a leadership report.
