My Story
Hi I'm Fiona
and just 3 years ago, I too was struggling with weight gain, brain fog and anxiety! I know just how you're feeling.
Even as a nurse I wasn't prepared for the perimenopause and all it’s symptoms but as they were impacting my life in such a negative way I made it my mission to learn all I could.
3 years on I'm retired from the NHS and a Certified Menopause Nutrition and Wellness Coach and member of the British Menopause Society.
Not only have I lost and maintained 2 stones in weight and improved my symptoms I have shown lots of other busy menopausal women to do the same.
