12 Week 1:1 Coaching


You will receive all of the above but 3 months together will allow us to build a personalised toolkit to help support you through perimenopause and beyond.


  • 6 online coaching sessions
  • Weight management support, advice and resources.
  • Habit change coaching: a key element of navigating the menopause, we will discuss strategies to help with stress, emotional eating, diet mentality , self sabotage and build a tool kit to support your overall health and wellbeing .

Whichever program you choose you will receive my full support and guidance throughout.
